the skeleton bones came off without even using so i asked them about it and they sent free pair in return, great customer service.

The product is good but the return policy is horrible! We accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I wemt to return I have to pay an $8 handling fee, so where I paid $58 after shipping, they are only giving $38 return credit. I cannot even get a refund. Make sure you have no intent to return before buying.
