Hooked on You Necklace

I’ve been wanting this necklace for a very long time. Finally treated myself & purchased it. I’ve been using the Shop app for a very long time to make partial payments. They charged me full price, never answered any of my questions or emails. I take very very good care of all my jewelry & do so properly. My necklace after few weeks turned lightened up in color it is no longer gold, it’s tuning into a very light gold almost silver. I do not soak my necklace in the ocean, no harsh chemicals or perfumes. Yes, I do have some plated jewelry which I’ve had forever and it has never changed color. I was soooo excited to purchase from Same Circle but super sad if the customer service & quality. I hate to leave a review like this but super disappointed

Expensive but I love the necklace a little bigger than I thought doesn’t sit as high as picture shows

Very disappointed in this purchase. The shipping took a while & the necklace color looks nothing like the picture. It looked more bronze than gold.
