This is one of my favorite hot sauces. Smokey, earthy, savory, it’s versatile with a lot of dishes and makes a good addition to a marinade. I used to be able to get this at my local New Seasons, but was disappointed when they stopped carrying it. New Seasons, if you’re listening, give HYCH a holler!
