I used to make red currant jelly years ago. It’s one of my husband’s favorites, but never found in any stores! When I discovered Hunter and Hilsberg currant jelly last year I practically bought the entire inventory, and presented it to my husband at Christmas, it was his favorite gift! It will be under the tree again this year!! Thank you for producing a delicious nostalgic memory for us both!!
