Missing Lots of Pieces

Well this was a total letdown. I bought 6 puzzles for us at Christmas and we got around to doing this one last week. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. About halfway through we thought it was becoming pretty obvious that not only were we missing pieces but we were missing about 20-30 from a completely brand new, unopened puzzle. We still have 2 puzzles to open, but now we're worried we may come across this again from this website.
