Pro Over Grips

Probably the worst ever grip I have used so far. I got them free with med balls, but boy oh boy I could never imagine how bad it was. One should never buy them, for the manufacturers you can do a better job with the grips or dont sell them. Totally not worth it.

Works well for shoulder rotation and resistance
