Iced Baby Script Letter Necklace

Very disappointed with my experience. I’m from Canada, so I had to pay out of pocket to return my item. It was delivered back to the company on June 8. After following up, I was told my return was being processed that day and that I’d receive a refund confirmation, but I never heard back. It’s now been over a month, I’ve followed up multiple times by email, and I still haven’t received my refund or any meaningful response. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
