Button Down Shirt

I received a partial shipment. I did mot receive my purse hanger. I receieved a notice that it would come in a seperste shipment or that i can pick it up durinh the South Atlantic regional conference. I am not pleaser with Shop1913. This is the second time my order has not been fulfilled properly. I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 9.5 and received a size 8.5. I am waiting for the return and exchange to be processed. Based on my experience to date, i am reluctant to order again.
