Shipping was super fast and the ordering process was a breeze, the customer service is top tier. Parts of the order were out of stock for the color variation that was ordered but they were able to send alternatives to make it complete without waiting for the pieces to be in stock.

The couch isn’t that comfortable after using it for a month and a half. Like other buyers have complained, the cushions shift constantly. The storage is a definite plus though. I bought this couch Feb 4, 2026 for $2,000.90 and now a month later Linsy Home is selling an identical couch to this one for less money and it includes a second console which would have really come in handy. Also, Linsy Home products are regularly out of stock so if you wanted to buy supplemental pieces, you’re unable to. I don’t see us keeping this couch for more than a couple years.

We absolutely love this couch and all it has to offer. Not happy with the way it looks? Simply change it around until you do! It is so versatile and easy to move around. Last night it went from a sectional couch to a huge bed for family movie night. I definitely recommend!
