Didn’t do much for me

I took Signal for close to a year and didn’t notice any difference. I’ve stopped taking it for the past couple of months and similarly noticed no difference. While it may work great for some, I’m investing my supplement budget into products where I can feel a difference like a quality creatine and AG1.

Ok product, not wow

I can't tell I'm seeing or feeling a difference. I also take Basis which might be redundant.

Who Knows?

I am up there in years. Have been taking Elysium Basis, and later Signal for many years. Decades? Turning 80, I am generally healthy and active. Would hope the Elysium supplements have something to do with that, but don't know. It's a matter of faith.
