Fantastic but one star reducted for not having a ribbon as a knot

My girl loves this cape but she mentions she feels uncomfortable sometimes with the Velcro. Also she was expecting there would be a ribbon at the neck of the cape just like what she saw in the book. In addition, she hopes there will be more books on Darla😀
