Flowers on the meadow

Eyesight not so good so first time I have used 14 gauge. Have to say makes it very easy and nice to see it growing quickly. I really like that the material edges are pr edged - saves a lot of time not having to do it myself. The pattern is very clear and hence again makes it easy to follow. The only thing I am a little uncertain about is if enough thread has been provided - I feel I am getting a bit low on some colours however the DMC numbers are given so I will be able to match. I feel it is a very good product and I will very likely return to the site in future.

Good and bad points. Good: The kit arrived in good time and I liked the way every step of its journey could be tracked online. I didn't know it would be coming from China so that might put some people off. Not so good: The two needles supplied were broken. One was bent, the other in two pieces. I also thought they were a bit too small to hold comfortably, but as they were unusable this didn't present me with a problem. However if you were a complete beginner without a supply already, this would be disappointing. Presumably the needles are not checked before being packed. I pointed this out in a message to the company, who have not replied to or acknowledge my message. If not for these problems, I would have given five stars.
