Really like the back brace comfortable fit and fills like it a good support in the gym. Im hoping it will be the same at ju jitsu. The medium fits me just about and I'm a 30inch waist. If your in the uk dont get this wrote or it will cost you another £50 to re order the right size. I couldn't fault the customer service.
