Poor Customer Service, Delayed Resolution, and No Accountability
I ordered from Beer Deer on November 26 and immediately contacted customer service to correct a shipping address issue. I confirmed the correct address in writing, and they assured me it had been updated in their system. Despite this, the package was delivered to the wrong address—and weeks earlier than they told me it would ship. I was informed the order was on backorder and scheduled to ship December 17, yet tracking later showed it had been “delivered” on December 3 to the wrong location. I did everything on my end: contacted the post office, went to the incorrect address, and followed up multiple times. Beer Deer’s response? They took zero accountability and blamed a "third-party system" for the error—despite clearly confirming the correct address to me in writing. Eventually, they did send a replacement—but only after weeks of back and forth, and only after I demanded it. By then, the holiday window had passed, and the whole point of the purchase was lost. The item was also out of stock, which delayed everything even further. Bottom line: The product might be fun, but the experience getting it was incredibly frustrating. Poor communication, no ownership of mistakes, and a delayed resolution. I would not recommend this company unless and until they drastically improve their customer service and/or systems.
