Extender chain constantly tangles and pulls hair, other than that I love it

Issue with gold-tone chain

The pendant is a somewhat shiny matte gold color and resembles the picture. On the other hand the chain is shiny gold tone, and is a metallic tinge that is very shabby and cheap looking. Chain kinks up and does not sit right- very poor quality. I am surprised Brighton is putting their name behind this chain and is selling this product at the price it is at.
