Memoro™ Drive

This is shameful misrepresentation of a product. You MUST STILL download and install an app to use the devise even though one of the “product highlight’ is that it didnt come with an app implying this as a good thing and positive selling point. It does not tell you you MUST install a particular app for this product and when i did a prodct review on the requirdd app i found only regative damaging and in some examples total loss of irreplaceable data. I wpuld like a full money back mail charge free return of my money. I have not used the product or downloaded the required app. I do not recommend this product

I saw this product on Facebook and i wanted to grab the deal for 2 with the 1TB. I should have read the reviews prior. The product was misleading. It stated that an app isn’t required, but in actuality, you have to download an app called Coodisk. I’ve plugged in the drive and tested a sample picture to test the transfer, but it kept saying, “Transfer Failed”. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I’ve tried to reach out to customer service, but they are not timely with their responses.. I’m in the process to return the product and disputing a case to cease my monthly payments with this product. Disappointing purchase!

I received my 3 memory sticks and the items do NOT Bear the Memoro logo on them like the photos, Instagram and video portray them to be. They are light and flimsy. I have emailed the help email several times and they have yet responded back. On the box the company name is Coodisk.
