I have nothing but good things to say about your product as well as customer service. Penny the Pug has brought so many smiles to 2 boys who recently lost their best friend Brando , their dog their whole young lives. I see smiles when they argue over which accessory to put on Penny. I am forever grateful for your artistic skills that brought such happiness with the quirky clock!
