I found the meat to be absolutely delicious. Flavor I had forgotten about. My only minor gripe is that some cuts I use regularly are not available, such as tail, soup bones, liver, and cross cut shanks. Other than that, a great experience. Thank you.

Everything was good except for 1 ribeye steak seemed to have lost all vacuum seal. So, I ate that first. Tasted good, but if I would have waited, it would have been freezer burnt and not worth eating. I have seen a lot of packaging and vacuum sealing issues with all of the products from my last orders. Don't know if this an internal problem or coming from a packaging company? It needs looking into.
