Quarter (1/4) Cow

The order came on time. It was packed well and arrived frozen. We have only tried the ground beef and it was good, so we are pleased with our order so far. Love knowing it is in the freezer and I can just pull dinner out to thaw that morning. I also love feeling like I know how and where my food was raised.

Loved the quality of the meat the only thing is the hamburger meat is to lean I prefer 80-20 to the 90-10 I got other than that I loved the product and plan to keep buying it
