Taste is terrible

Works really well but tastes horrendous.

It’s only been a week into this product but so far, so good (mostly). I was interested in this products because as someone who studies natural herbs and remedies, it has extremely promising ingredients. I have noticed a difference in sleep quality. The ONLY reason this is getting 4 instead of 5 stars is because of one of the main ingredients in the morning compound; Fenugreek. This is a galactagogue that helps stimulate breast milk production for some and for others it can dry them out. I took this supplement when I was breastfeeding and it did briefly diminish my supply. While that is not its only beneficial property, breastfeeding mama’s or mama’s wanting to stop nursing, you probably shouldn’t take a supplement with Fenugreek and I think the company should advertise that. Often fenugreek can cause serious stomach upset (acid reflux, gas, cramps) which luckily has not been the case for me with this product but had been with other fenugreek containing products.
