Mug and Brush Shave Soap

WORST RAZOR I HAVE EVER TRIED TO USE !

The razor that was shipped looks very nice and is a bit longer than other razors, that is good and what I wanted. HOWEVER, it does not cut facial hair acceptably. The razor blade is not set close enough to the facial surface to effectively cut hair, I have to use my OLD razor to get a good shave. I am VERY, VERY disappointed with this aspect of my order, is it possible to RETURN this item ?? The soap seems fine.
