They look black

I had been wanting to try brown lashes so bought a couple trays since they looked promising but I got them and they look black. I showed them to another artist in my area who also thought they are IDENTICAL to black. I had reached out hoping I could possibly exchange them for a lighter brown but they wanted $40 in shipping to make that work. This was my first experience with the company and I’ve heard good things however I will not be ordering again.
