I wish that we had taken photos of the Iberico and all the happy guests. I will do so next time. It was an amazing experience to buy from Barcolenta Market. I was nervous about getting on time and contacted Barcolenta. Gabe responded quickly and delivered my Fermin Shoulder earlier than ordered. I served to friends who said it was much tastier than other Iberico that they had. The chef and his staff were blown away. It was gobbled up in one week so I just ordered my second Fermin from Barcolenta. Thank you for making me a hero with my friends and family! HJ
