The ring is beautiful, I love it but The customer service was so bad, I felt like I was interrupting their day by being a customer. Poor customer service turns first-time customers into last-time customers cause I’m struggling because I do/did want to buy another ring 2,000 for a ring is not pocket change so I don’t know I’m confused.
