Not bright

I purchased and installed them on my 2010 328i. The original xenon headlight was yellow so I wanted to change the color to white. Since it's 14 years old, I thought this bulbs will be brighter than 14 years old bulb. After installed them, they are not bright at all. No way like those pictures. Even my 10 years old boy told me the new bulbs are not bright. I tested them driving the road I always drive, and they are not bright. Also the color was too blue, looks very cheap. I do not like them at all. I do not recommend these bulbs at all.
