Received an already open record with no plastic seal. Record looks mostly unused, but assumed I was buying new. Nothing on their website said it was second hand or that the record wouldn’t be in the sleeve

Awesome album, but it came already opened. I presume used. Disappointed it wasn't new, but it works perfectly and looks great.
