I'm writing about the above laptop I purchased through your organization. It appears to work fine and the outside looks new with the case that came on the laptop. What I was surprised about, supposedly in mint condition, is how worn the keys on the keypad is. They are super shiny which indicates to me that it had extensive use probably by a left handed person, I'm guessing, because of the wear pattern. I know from using computers for many, many years that that kind of wear doesn't come from infrequent use. I bought the extended warranty for two years so anything wrong with it should be covered, but I'm still disappointed because of the indicated use that the computer keys display. I haven't yet given my review. Still thinking about it.
