The sizing was off and I sent it back for a medium. It turns out you don’t have any mediums in stock. I thought based on your advertising that all jackets are made to order. Now I’m left waiting until you replenish your stock with a medium. The issue is that you didn’t inform me but waited until I inquired why my exchange was taking so long and was not visible online to track. This is not how you keep customers.

The sizing is completely iff. I ordered my size mens small and it was much to small. Probably an extra small. They exchanged it for a medium after 3 weeks. Tne mexium is like a large size. Its way too big. I just want a refund.

Gave custom measurements but is very big. Very big through arms aswell.
