Bars arent strong enough to hold anything with any weight without bending, when attempting to lift top rack with anything on it the clutch skips and jumps.

Well made and works well. Reasonably easy to build and install. My only negatives are difficulty finding the actual sizes, and no instruction about how close to the ceiling to mount it. I don't recall being asked which side I wanted the cord at - it's not reversible so you must order the correct version.
