Watch Strap is Small

The watch is smaller then pictured, and leather strap is very small doesn’t fit my mom’s wrist. Tried to return it was told I had to pay for return shipment. Went to UPS as it has to be sent to Singapore and was would shipping was $200. Almost as much as watch. Overall disappointed.

Beautiful watch, strap v short

I am delighted with my new watch which is attractive and of very good quality. The only issue is in the strap length which is too short. It just fits on the last hole fastening but I would welcome a longer strap and hope August Berg are able to offer this. My wrist is of average size for a British woman .
