The lightsaber looks incredible, but poorly engineered. Improvements could be made. To get the Force effect, and twist motion controls to work with the blade inserted you have to hold the hilt at a certain angle and at the pommel. That's because the ignition button is located near the pommel. Imho it would make it more user friendly if the ignition button was located somewhere else on the hilt. I inquired to The Saber Company about this with several emails and videos to Jaz Parker at The Saber Company. After sending multiple emails and videos I felt like all I was getting was the run around with stalling and song and dance emails with no straight answers. I finally had to ask a competitor for help with this issue.That's very bad customer service when the customer has to go to the competition to get answers. I've purchased several items from The Saber Company with only one issue and it was resolved. After this purchase I'm pretty certain I won't be buying from them again.

Greetings, my core arrived defective, but as soon as I notified it they were always aware of any update they guided me through the whole process and the service and attention were excellent, they replaced the core at no additional cost and now the saber works perfectly I recommend it 100%
