Water Flosser Charging Cord

Doesn't Fit Burst Charger

I purchased my Burst Water Flosser from from Dentist. I needed a replacement charging code, because the previous one broke. The first charging cord I ordered did not fit the water flosser, which is functional but running out of charge. I notified Burst, sent pics and videos as requested, and received another charging cord. The second charging cord did not fit the water flosser. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but this is a disappointment given the cost of the Water Flosser, and the fact that it is less than two years old. I also purchase multiple subscription products from Burst, so one would think that they would offer a replacement water flosser, or even a complimentary discount.

The cord is compatible to my water flosser.

Did not fit my waterflosser. I ordered direct from the company to ensure that ut was comaprible. It was not.
