Elite Optimus Prime Auto-converting Robot

optimus ne fonctionne pas

Mes parents m'ont offert Optimus , mais il ne s'est pas allumé une fois sorti de la boîte. J'ai essayé du chargeur, mais la lumière sur le chargeur est verte tout de suite. Juste pour tester, j'ai allumé Op, et soudain la lumière est rouge. Mais seulement quand Optimus est allumé. Si Optimus est éteint, la lumière est juste verte. (Le vert est censé signifier complètement chargé). Je ne pense pas qu'il soit censé être chargé quand il est allumé ? Optimus ne s'allume que lorsqu'il est branché aussi. Mon père est en train d'essayer de le démonter pour regarder la batterie, mais en regardant une vidéo de déballage, c'est inquiétant que la vidéo ait pu l'allumer dès le déballage, mais pas moi. C'est tout neuf, il n'était pas resté traîner. Y at-il quelque chose que j'ai manqué ? Est-ce juste défectueux ? Je détesterais que mes parents gaspillaient autant pour un Optimus défectueux merci

I'm very happy with the Optimus Prime especially having it voiced by Peter Cullen. It's an incredible piece of engineering and I'm looking forward to buying the trailer when that comes back in stock.

Faulty Optimus prime elite - no help from support team

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. Upon opening the robot was not working. We figured it out of battery so we placed it to charge over night. The next day the robot would only turn on when plugged in, and even so, it would say it was low on “energon”. I contacted robosen’s support team on the 26th, they said they would send over a new battery for replacement and requested proof of purchase. I emailed them back with the order confirmation and asked for them to also instruct us on how to replace the battery. They did not reply. I went on to email them twice after that to follow up on this, once a week after and again today. I still have not heard back. This experience has been very frustrating…
