I have been using these fine cases since the first month of the iPhone 6 still use them on iPhone 7 and 8 for tripod mount and boom mounting. Exellence. I have found nothing better. Actually haven’t found a need to look.

The tripod adapter has turned out to be quite handy. I use it to watch movies on airplane travel and I find it a handy option for holding the phone when tired of trying to grasp the phone for long periods from the sides. I’m sure it will be helpful in taking timed group photos, but I haven’t had that need yet
