48 Hour TriLite Cooler

Straps failed they can not hold the weight of the cooler when it’s full. Tried getting a hold of the company the phone link goes to someone’s phone that is no longer with the company. When you finally get a hold of the company’s phone number they redirect to email and don’t return the emails. I purchased the trilite cart the umbrella holder and the cooler. The umbrella holder is also flimsy but that’s only 20$ so no big deal I’ll find something on amazon but this cooler is 100$ kind of upset that the customer service is so terrible. The cooler seems like a good idea but they skimped on the details that make the cooler useful 1 star is being kind.

Fantastic for keeping beverages and snacks cold throughout an entire 18 hole round and more. Minus a star because, no matter how many times I pulled them tight, the straps that clip around the push cart kept becoming loose and made the cooler sag. I had to tie a knot so straps didn’t slip through the plastic fasteners.

Love the cooler. Stays cold all day on hot days. Fits perfectly on my push cart
