Though quite pretty, this scarf is both very sheer and very slippery. Even with a cotton underscarf and hijab magnets, I found this hijab too difficult to keep in place while speaking and moving about my house, making it unrealistic for outdoor wear. Probably best to use the scarf with the built in elastic band offered by the company to keep it in place (although I do not own that version so this statement is pure speculation).
