All the guess work - gone!
I've entered my fitness phase (once again) and this book has made it so much easier to get going again.
The detailed information and graphics make it easy to follow and the routines set by levels take all the guess work out.
It's an incredibly handy guide to get you started and after one session of push ups and squats my body was feeling the burn (in the best way!)
I can't recommend this book enough, regardless of skill level

Calisthenics Playbook
I love the Yellow Dude! I admire the drawings, and the information is concise and extremely helpful. This book is a valuable guide to my exercise (and the gift I received with my purchase - the printout re hanging, is displayed on my fridge.)
