Initially I was unable to download this product. I just kept getting a message saying ‘decompression failed’. I emailed asking for help and everything is now sorted - no fuss, no problem. I really appreciated the email saying they were sorry they hadn't responded sooner. This is what excellent customer service looks like! I can't wait to do this with my class now. Thank you
