The worst customer service I've seen in about two decades of online ordering. They started off the interaction by lying about what they're able to do, then have been dragging out any interaction at painstaking lengths. I asked a question 17 days ago and am still following up to get a response. They replied once, completely ignoring the question. It seems like they're doing this specifically to make sure the product is out of the return window so I'm stuck with it. It's a shame these books are still unopened, but I can't support this knowing how terrible the support is. I'm blown away by the complete brazen "who cares?" attitude of this shop.
