decided to treat myself to this after having the OG Pro II Satisfier for many years. OG is now in semi retirement. it's much quieter. the vibration function is a fun addition though i don't often use it, for me personally it's sensory overkill. the new head attachment is.. interesting and new though enjoyable rumbly fun. the classic style head attachment is wonderful. the OG heads pliability made for more thorough cleaning - the new ones are much firmer. i like lightly textured finish of the Gen III. it has a good weight and balance. 10/10 recommend.
