2018-2026 M8 SOFTAIL - MID LENGTH “ELSINORE”

Lack of instructions made installation very confusing and unclear. Exhaust kit was missing multiple parts despite advertising that all necessary hardware were included.

Stars are for the product. Lack of a 5 star is because of packaging and no instructions. Also, customer service communication sucks. They dont return emails very well at all. Over all. We shall see when i install the product and see for myself.
