Poor customer service

Not a good experience sadly. I have been trying to contact Honna to return these pyjamas which are a very different cut from my sage green set and much more low waisted. The return instructions require customers to send an email to Honna in order to initiate a return. I did so but received no response even after chasing. It's a shame but I would not be able to buy from the site with confidence again.
