The boat steps arrived missing the mounting plate and I had a question on the installation . By texting the customer service I had my question answered and a replacement part on its way in less than an hour. I like the design of the steps other than the branding seems a little excessive.

Exact Fit

I ordered the Big Boat Steps after talking with Jacob. I sent pics to confirm I ordered the correct one. I did! It arrived in a week and I had them assembled and installed in less than 1/2 hr. They are a sturdy 4 step system and a perfect fit to the boat. Couldn't be happier with the quality and appearnace! I highly recommend Omega Boat Step!!! Good people to work with. Thanks Jacob!!
