All good except the shipping

It took a long time to ship my order, but once it was, it arrived in two or three days. The two boxes containing the lights were put into a much larger box with no packing material so the contents bounced around during transit. One of the light boxes popped open as a result. There was no damage. I called later about an unrelated issue with the lights and got tech support.
