I never received my plants. I’ve done business with this company before so I expected they’d replace them. I was essentially told it wasn’t their problem once the item leaves their shop and I was out of luck. This is how they treat a return customer. The customer service is pitiful. Their satisfaction guarantee is essentially meaningless. If you read the fine print, they basically won’t lift a finger to do anything if something goes wrong.
