Wrong size sent
I have been trying to get in contact with customer service because I received the wrong size and I haven’t received a response yet. The order was correct but the wrong size in one of the models was sent. Please advise.

Wrong size delivered
I ordered a 10M Salerno Oxford Black Leather Shoe. I received a 9.5m Salerno Oxford Black Leather Shoe. Poor quality control at Brunomagli.
