NRS Splash Pants

Wore them for the first time today outrigger paddling. As always, the seat I was in was wet even before we started. Typically the water soaks through all my layers and I have a cold bike ride home. My new splash pants got wet and the wet went through slightly but didn't penetrate my other layers (2) and I was able to bike home comfortably.
