I ordered lenses for my Costa Del Mar Jose Pros and they snapped right with no issues at all. Then I got a set for my Costa Del Mar Brines, and the top didn’t quite sit right. I reached out, and their customer service was great. They sent a replacement right away, and when that one was still a little off, they took it a step further and sent me a label so they could measure my frames themselves. Just got them back, and now they fit perfectly, honestly even better than before. Really appreciate the effort they put in to get it right and save my (not cheap) sunglasses. Mark Holloway
