So far so good but...

So far, so good. Obvs not 100% weather proof but it keeps direct rain off of what's under it. Note for taco owners - you'll have to remove the front-of-bed tie tie down cleats to install the roller. Not a deal breaker, just didn't really think about it when I bought it.
