Build A Wig Service

I ordered a custom wig expecting it to match the photo I provided, but unfortunately, the unit I received was quite different. While I’ll acknowledge that the hair quality itself is nice,soft and manageable. The wig was far too thin and lacked the fullness shown in the images. What’s especially frustrating is how misleading the photos and social media posts were. It’s clear that filters and strategic styling are being used to make the wigs appear far more voluminous and luxurious than they actually are in person. This experience has left me very displeased, especially considering the price point and the expectation of a “custom” product. I wouldn’t recommend this vendor unless you’re okay with gambling on results that may not match what you were promised.

I want to start by saying this is indeed a luxury service & well worth the price point!! I was very impressed before I even received my unit with the customer service and open communication. I understood the processing time, but I Truly appreciated that I didn’t just spend my money and didn’t hear anything for weeks on in. I loved that the owner sent update emails & text messages during the wait time. Upon arrival of my unit it came in a very nice box that was bow wrapped. It felt like I was doing a luxury unboxing when I opened it and the contents were packaged very nicely. I can tell she truly takes pride in her work. Now onto the hair. When she said glueless she meant GLUELESS. This is my first unit where I would feel comfortable without even using any melting spray. It literally needs nothing. The lace customization is immaculate an absolutely “what lace” type of lace. The wig is also very well constructed it looks like a sew-in as it is very flat. The raw hair is absolutely beautiful and very high quality hair. My only small complaint is that the density is lower than I am used to with 4 26 inch bundles and a 6x6 closure.
