Great idea needs work

My laser arrived promptly. Easy to install. However the laser adjustments were not moving beam up and down as required. They were going in diagonal directions. Service was great. Said replace or refund. I chose refund as this is home defense use. Tried to return defective unit and they said to keep. Very nice people and would definitely try other products.
